N45 / Port Chester Multi-family Interiors

Design

A new mixed-use multifamily community in the heart of Port Chester, New York will include 203 residential units alongside ground floor retail spaces. In close collaboration with Fogarty Finger and BOLD, CO Adaptive designed the interiors for the residential units, with a particular focus on healthy material specifications. We laid out the generous lobby and designed the interior amenity spaces, including a co-working space, two multipurpose rooms, the gym area and all public corridors. The spaces are designed with simplicity and warmth, utilizing a palette of natural materials that contribute to textural and visual variation.
